Project Portfolio
Below is a selection of projects I have managed throughout my career, working with multiple agencies as well as through my previous company, Stand Out Games Studio.
These range from mobile apps and console games to website development. Despite the variety in deliverables, all projects required the application of consistent methodologies and management tools to ensure successful completion.
Chariot Chasers VR
Chariot Chasers was Stand Out Games’ first venture into VR and my largest project at that time.
It was a VR racing game released alongside the launch of VR headsets such as Oculus, PSVR, and HTC Vive.
As Project Manager, my responsibilities included team and project management, marketing, recruitment, third-party outsourcing, and fund management.
Tools Used: Slack, Monday.com, Google Meet, Unity Game Engine, Adobe Photoshop, Oculus, PlayStation VR (PSVR), and HTC software and hardware.
The Crystal Maze
One of the first projects I led at Stand Out Games was the development of a 13 mini-game application for both Android and Samsung devices.
I oversaw a team of six and established a phased timeline structure to ensure that development progressed smoothly, without delays caused by design iterations or revisions. This approach enabled us to launch the app on schedule and meet client expectations.
Tools Used: Slack, Monday.com, Google Meet, Adobe Photoshop, Visual Basic and Android & IOS Dev Software.
ARchitect
While working on Chariot Chasers, we chose to explore the potential of Augmented Reality (AR) beyond the gaming industry.
The ARchitect Project was developed specifically for architects, enabling them to pre-visualise and present house models on-site. A key feature of the application allowed users to walk up to and even inside the virtual model, offering a more immersive and realistic experience.
As Project Manager, my responsibilities were similar to those in previous projects, but with additional duties specific to the ARchitect Project. These included field testing, showcasing the project at events, and managing social media advertising campaigns.
Tools Used: Slack, Jira, Basecamp, Google Meet, Unity Game Engine, Adobe Photoshop, and AR software for both Android and iOS.
Claudia Padula
(Interior Design) (MTC)
During my time at MTC, I had the opportunity to work on a website that differed from my usual pharmacy-focused projects.
The client, Claudia Padula, a freelance interior designer specialising in high-end residential spaces, required a website that would showcase her expertise in designing distinctive interiors for large homes. The site also needed to incorporate online booking functionality and a video integration system.
As Project Manager, I oversaw the mid-section of the project through clearly defined phases. Due to the complexity of the site and the segmented budget, each phase required individual approval and sign-off before progressing to the next.
Tools Used: Zoho Project Management, Microsoft Teams and MTC’s proprietary CMS software.
Heroic Signature - Solomon Kane Game
The Solomon Kane Game was a small, fast-paced development project for an existing live site. The client wanted to celebrate the character's creation by introducing a 16-bit integrated game (which they had supplied to us), allowing users to play as the main character.
Due to its simplicity, the project was completed within a few weeks and did not require the standard project workflow or documentation typically associated with larger, monthly projects.
As Project Manager, I allocated a few days for both design and development between larger ongoing projects. This allowed us to meet the client’s preferred deadline without disrupting major workstreams.
Tools Used: Google Workspace, Figma and WordPress.
Dune: Awakening
Dune: Awakening was a key reason I was contracted by Something Familiar, as they required a Project Manager to oversee this large and complex project while carefully managing resources and budget.
The project involved developing a tie-in website to launch alongside the AAA title on Steam. A rich, multi-page platform designed to immerse users in the world of Dune, showcasing game mechanics, features and latest studio news.
My role, initially, covered the full scope of project delivery, including: end-to-end project planning and timeline development; client coordination and communication; resource allocation and budget tracking; risk and issue management; weekly progress updates delivered via Google Meet; quality assurance across all deliverables; and final project handover with a post-project review.
Unfortunately, the project extended beyond my initial three-month contract due to delays in the design and review phases. As a result, I was not involved in the final launch or handover. However, I have remained in contact with both Something Familiar and the client, and was pleased to learn that the website successfully launched alongside the PC game.
Tools Used: Google Workspace, Slack, Figma and WordPress.
Clink Clink
Clink Clink was an in-development website project I was assigned while contracted at Something Familiar. The project involved creating a simple 5–10 page site to showcase Clink Clink, an event management specialist working across various sectors, including environmental, technical, and educational fields, among others.
As the project was already underway, my role as Project Manager was to step in and oversee the completion of the remaining design work, as well as manage the full development stage, client communication and website launch.
Tools Used: Google Workspace, Figma, Marker.io and WordPress.
